Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions apply to all sales transactions between ‘Windy Whiskers Corner’ and any persons or company (‘the purchaser’) placing an order for the manufacture and/or the supply of any goods (‘the purchaser’) placing an order for the manufacture and/or the supply of any goods (‘the goods’). Windy Whiskers Corner by accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on Windy Whiskers Corner's website or order form and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Windy Whiskers Corner stated herein.

By placing an order at Windy Whiskers Corner., you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us

1. Purchasing Goods
When purchasing goods on this Website you warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects. If your personal information changes then please notify us immediately by contacting us at 210-262-2640 or via email info@WindyWhiskersp.com.

You place your order request for goods from the website. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order which has been debited to your credit/debit card via Paypal.

2. Returns and cancellations
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the returns policy and procedure.

Returns Policy and Procedure:

Please be advised that all web sales are final and Windy Whiskers Corner, does not accept returns. However, an exception to this is if products arrive damaged, your order is incorrect, or a scent or product is not to your liking and you would like to trade it for another product as a credit. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable on returns. No cash refunds. Windy Whiskers Corner must be notified immediately upon receipt of damaged goods. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the package for any damage, shortages, or incorrect order. Please report any errors within (48) hours of receiving your shipment.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We do not routinely offer substitutes when the product you have ordered becomes unavailable. Should this occur for any reason we will contact you on the contact details provided by you at the earliest opportunity, and we may offer another suitable alternative if you wish.

If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone.

3. Cancellations
Please contact us by telephone or email at the earliest opportunity in order to cancel your order. If by some reason you are unable to contact us and we have dispatched your order we will consider each case individually. The goods must be returned unopened in their original packaging and packed in such as a way that they cannot be damaged in the postal process.

4. Complaints and Customer Service
The Purchaser should inform Windy Whiskers Corner immediately of any problems at 210-262-2640, or info@WindyWhiskers.com. Complaints are taken very seriously by Windy Whiskers Corner and will be dealt with within 5 working days, although most complaints can be dealt with within a few hours. Please note that the Purchaser is also welcome to contact Windy Whiskers Corner on any issue relating to their order on the contact telephone, or email listed above. Windy Whiskers Corner's operating hours are from 09:00 EST to 17:00 CST, Monday to Friday.

5. Customer Privacy
Windy Whiskers Corner collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected by Windy Whiskers Corner to process the Purchaser’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Windy Whiskers Corner does not sell or pass customer’s e-mail addresses or other details to other parties. If you order from us, we may contact you about your order and we may, on occasion, e-mail or write to you with information about our products and special offers.

6. Pricing
Prices for goods include standard packaging. The price does not include the delivery of the order to the Purchaser. This is an additional cost, unless otherwise stated. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

7. Secure Ordering and Payment
All our orders are processed through Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to make a payment through Paypal, you can make a one off payment with many major debit or credit cards. We cannot be held responsible for any issue relating to Paypal and the payment process, this needs to be dealt with directly with Paypal on their customer services number. North Hill Soap Company will of course do our utmost to assist you where possible.

Payment can be made via Paypal by any major credit card and will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your goods. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorize payment via Paypal to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.

If for any reason you wish to make payment to us by any other means please contact us and we will assist you with this. It may also be possible for us to arrange local pick up for cash payments. This may of course delay the shipment of your ordered goods as we retain the right not to deliver goods until payment has been received in full along with any postage fees.
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full.

8. Delivery
We will make every effort to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Orders are usually sent out United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

9. Product and Product Variations
Please bear in mind that our handmade range of products are genuinely hand-made in small volumes so you may encounter some variation in color, texture, scent or wrapping between batches or orders and as they are pictured on this site or in any other marketing materials. If you do have any problems or queries, please let us know. We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products on the website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that product descriptions, on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

10. Samples
Unfortunately we cannot routinely provide samples of our soap as we are a small company. However, if in the case where someone wishes to try our soap for suitability we may provide a small sample at the postage cost of the person requesting the sample. We retain the right to refuse this service at any time.

11. Website
All content available on the website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (the “Content”) is the property of Windy Whiskers Corner, our affiliates, our partners or our licensors, and is protected by United States copyright laws. Nothing may be reproduced in whole or part by electronic means or in print without the prior written permission of the company.

We are not responsible for the content of any off-Website pages or any other websites linked to or from the Website.

12. Force Majeure
Windy Whiskers Corner will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested dispatch date. Windy Whiskers Corner shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labor disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and we encourage you to revisit these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are at all times fully aware of our Terms and Conditions. At the event of when a product is sold out, Windy Whiskers Corner. has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. We shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
